Ingham County 911 Central Dispatch - The 66 employees at the Ingham County 911 Central Dispatch Center provide direct access to public safety during an emergency for county residents and visitors. Our staff works 24/7, 365 days a year to take calls and connect the public to police, fire, and/or emergency medical services (EMS) as quickly as possible. Center staff assist not only with emergency 911 calls but also with non-emergency requests for service for county law enforcement agencies, so callers can get needed assistance even when it's not an emergency. We provide service to 12 Police Departments and 12 Fire/EMS Departments.
