The NTECC is a consolidated public safety communications center which serves as a primary PSAP and dispatch center for law enforcement, fire and EMS services for the cities of Addison, Carrollton, Coppell and Farmers Branch.
Company History
The NTECC was formally incorporated on May 1, 2014 and the Board of Directors is composed of the City Managers from the four founding cities consisting of the cities of Addison, Coppell, Farmers Branch, and Carrollton.
